All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, please note may be longer during Holiday periods i.e. Easter, Christmas due to demand.
Delivery can take between 3-7 business days within Australian Metro areas, regional locations please allow additional time.
All orders over $150.00 are free within Australian Metro areas.
ORDERS

Please provide correct information as we will not be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.
Plain and Simple Australia will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

Damaged or faulty issue
If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product, please email us with photographic proof for review. Please allow up to 2 business days to be reviewed.
Once reviewed and approved The product will be replaced or the amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the original order.
